Cookie policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies and equivalent browser storage (local storage, localStorage) are small pieces of data a site stores in your browser. Rift Proxy uses only what is strictly necessary to run the service — we do not use advertising, analytics profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. What we use
- Authentication & session — set by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in and secure your session. Strictly necessary; the console will not work without them.
- Local preferences — small
localStorageentries that remember UI state, such as dismissing the free-trial banner. Never leaves your browser. - Support chat — our embedded chat widget may set a first-party identifier so a conversation persists across page loads.
3. What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking or data-broker pixels.
- Third-party analytics that profile individual users.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Because our auth and session storage are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard, but browsing the public site will still work.
