1. Summary

Rift Proxy operates a strict zero-log policy on proxy traffic. We do not store the destinations you connect to, the contents of your requests, or any metadata that could be used to reconstruct your browsing. We only retain the minimum account data needed to bill, support and secure your account.

2. What we collect

  • Account: email, hashed password, optional display name.
  • Billing: top-up amounts, payment method, invoice IDs.
  • Usage aggregates: bytes transferred per proxy type, per day, for billing only.
  • Security: API key fingerprints, IP whitelist entries you add yourself, login timestamps.

3. What we do not collect

  • The URLs or hostnames you proxy to.
  • Request or response bodies.
  • Any data sent through the SOCKS5/HTTP tunnel beyond byte counts.

4. How we use your data

Account and usage data is used to provide the service, bill accurately, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except sub-processors strictly required to run the platform (payment processors, transactional email).

5. Data retention

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion for billing and legal recordkeeping. Aggregated usage snapshots may be kept up to 24 months for capacity planning.

6. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
