Terms of service.

By creating an account or using Rift Proxy, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise to protect you and other users.

You agree not to use Rift Proxy to:

• Generate, distribute or access CSAM or other content illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Target critical infrastructure, government systems or healthcare networks.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any activity that damages a third party's systems.
• Send spam, phishing or malware.
• Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect to where doing so causes material harm.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy without refund.

Bandwidth is sold as one-time top-ups. Credits are applied to your account immediately on payment confirmation. Bandwidth credits expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise stated. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.

We offer refunds on unused bandwidth within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 1 GB and have not violated these terms. Email [email protected] to request a refund.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rift Proxy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-product notification.
